As part of the EduTrans21 (Educational Transformation for the 21st Century) project, 2021-2-DE02-KA210-VET-000050732, which Energetic Technical College from Sibiu runs in partnership with Berufliche Schule ITECH Hamburg, Germany and Infra.Run Berlin, Germany, on Tuesday, 10.10.2023, a workshop was held in our school in which 21 teachers participated.
During the workshop, two teachers from Berufliche Schule ITECH Hamburg, KAREN STRUVE and DOMINIK STIEHM, presented:
1. AGILE problem solving method;
2. Introduction to EduScrum – video (EduScrum Methodology allows students to participate in real project team activities and effective interpersonal interaction);
3. Design Thinking (The concept involves turning a problem into a process in which you ask yourself the right questions to find solutions); Exemplifying the implementation of this concept for a real problem (video);
4. Working with the Kanban board platform to create a visual system that contains the tasks that need to be done, critical information about them, and the stages of realization;
5. Agile game (the importance of teamwork).
